What is the cost of withdrawing via ATMs?
- Currency Conversion Rate which ranges between 3% to 4% depending on the ATM operator.
- ATM withdrawal fixed fee which is USD 3.15 per transaction. If you withdraw two times, the amount doubles and so on.
- In total, the rate could
potentially go as high as 4% depending on the ATM operator and the
number of transactions.

How do I make a Payoneer to Mpesa transfer?
- Simply login to your Payoneer account.
- Select 'Send Money' followed by 'Send to another card'.
- On the email address field, insert payoneer@epay-kenya.com.
- Insert the amount you wish to send in the appropriate field
- On the description field indicate your ePay username.
- Finalize the transaction by clicking on the 'Continue' button.
- You will receive an email confirming that the transaction has been initiated.
- You will receive a second email confirming that the transaction has been approved.
- Allow up to 20 minutes after receiving the approval email for the money to reflect in your ePay account.
- Withdraw the money to your
Mpesa and expect it on your phone within 10 minutes.
Note that the transfer of money from your Payoneer Card to ePay Kenya Payoneer Account is FREE. Payoneer will review payments on an individual basis, and are subject to approval by Payoneer's Payment Approval Department. Payoneer reserves the right to decline payments and set requirements and limits on a case by case basis.
